EMC's WebSupport is not available at this time.

It looks as WebSupport module is down at the moment - I didn't see any announcements so I assume something is broken. Also, access to forum seems to be a bit slow (but that slowness started already yesterday).

The infrastructure issue that was causing these intermittent access issues has now been resolved.

I logged as another user and there it works. So I did logout and login again and now I get this message for QUICK SERVICE REQUEST SEARCH and MY OPEN SERVICE REQUESTS. Argh...

ARGH! I thought another logout/login will do it, but instead I get these now for MY CLOSED SERVICE REQUESTS and QUICK KNOWLEDGEBASE SEARCH as well. Still can't figure out why another user is able to get everything working :)

Hrvoje,

There is indeed a problem happening this morning (Eastern US time). Our infrastructure team is researching, but as of right now I do not have a cause/fix.

Thanks Dale... in the meantime I just cleared the cache while logged out and after logging in again it works. Not sure if this change was related or I was just lucky enough to hit the right time to log in again...
