Documentum 5.3 SP5 Downloads?
Can anyone see the downloads for Documentum 5.3 SP5? The FCS is dated May 11 and the Product Announcement is dated May 18 but I still don't see the downloads on the Documentum Download site.
Just trying to discern if there is a problem with my account or if I need to be more patient.

Documentum 5.3 SP 5 is available but the entitlement is missing from your account in the Documentum Download Center. This should be corrected shortly.
For future reference, to correct Documentum product entitlement issues, please contact the licensing group located at the e-mail alias: v4_fulfillment@emc.com (for North America) or v4ff_intl@emc.com (for non-North American sites). This team specifically handles issues relating to the Documentum Download Center.

what are you trying to find. I just downloaded WebTop SP5 earlier today, so it is definitely there.

I can see all the other SPs, just not any SP5 software.

After some looking around I found that you can find the downloads for SP5 under Trial Software.
Powerlink works in mysterious ways sometimes....
