Windows 1709 on Latitude 5470 and 5570

We have an interesting issue where we cannot deploy Windows 10 1709 to the 5470 or 5570 using an SCCM task sequence. When we PXE boot the notebook and start the task sequence, it fails on the first package that installs after the config manager client install with "The RPC Server is unavailable". Strangely, it works fine when we start the task sequence from within Windows. It also works fine for all our other hardware models from PXE or Windows. It also works fine when we try an older version of Windows like 1703.

We have tried various things like including reboots, waits, moving TS steps around, different drivers. At this stage we suspect it is in some way driver related as it only happens on this one model.

Is anyone currently successfully deploying 1709 to the 5470 or 5570 with task sequence and can you please post a screenshot or details of what your driver package looks like?
