Windows 10/11 error message: "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. Were just collecting some error info. and the

Within 24 hours I had two friends yesterday get the same error message and their Dell laptops froze. Any normal shutdown just got back to the Dell logo and no more. Is it possible that they had updated a driver from Dell and it might be corrupt? 

I am heading over to the 2nd person today to do the recovery process. Any feedback is most appreciated with thanks.
