Thin Client on WMS show online when they are powered off

Our company uses Thin Client WYSE 5070 & Optiplex 3000. Noticed recently on the WMS (cloud) shows devices online when they are powered off. Has anyone noticed this or is there a fix?

Looking to do updates but hard to tell whats online and whats offline.

Am I wrong but don't the dots inform you if devices are online or offline?
