Handling reboots in SCCM with Dell Command Update Catalog updates and BitLocker encryption

We are using the Dell Command Update Catalog in SCCM to send out Dell drivers and BIOS updates.  We also use BitLocker to encrypt the drives.  The SCCM Client Settings have been set to always suspend BitLocker pin entry upon restart but machines seem to ignore this setting with some of the Dell driver installs and 100% of the BIOS installs and go into BitLocker recovery after the reboot.  Has anyone gotten their machines to successfully reboot without going into BitLocker recovery?
