Enabling JHDD Port Precision 5540

Hi,

I have a precision 5540 ordered with M2 NVMe SSD ONLY, and when adding addition HDD, it doesn't get recognized at all, not in the BIOS nor in window disk management no mater what I try, and I suspect the HDD SATA port is disabled since the order didn't include HDD, and couldn't find a way around that.

Any thoughts on this?
