Dell precision corrupt bios

While the computer was running, with no issue. It suddenly decides it needs to reboot. Since that time.I have not been able to start the computer from any hard disk. The disk does appear in the bios, yes I can access the bios, but will not boot to the disk. I figured maybe an issue with windows. Attempt to re-install windows. Can not see the drive. Drive is spinning up does appear to be fine on a second computer. Will not work on the Dell Precision T3600. Tried a new drive same issue. Appears somehow bios has corrupt. and I have no way to re-flash the bios. Since bios is flashed in windows. Any help would be great.
