Dell Command | Update BIOS update multiple entries / Bitlocker issues.

Hi!,

We are using Dell Command | Update for driver and BIOS updates on our Windows 10 client computers. Recently we have been getting multiple entries of the BIOS updates in the update history log on some computers (on different dates):

Anyone else seeing these double entries of BIOS updates or know why this is happening ?

The reason we are asking is because we are also getting Bitlocker issues on these computers and are asking for the BitLocker recovery key on startup. This is usually one the same date as the first BIOS update entry in the list.

A bit of info about our client setup: Win 10k 2004, Dell Command Update 4.2.0 is set to automatically update drivers and BIOS updates. These are mostly Dell Latitude 5490 computers that have the BitLocker problem, other models may have multiple entries of the BIOS update as well and no BitLocker issues. I have seen up to 5 entries of the same BIOS update on some computers.

I am aware there is a Dell Command | Update 4.3.0 but have not tested/updated yet.

Any hints or tips on why this is happening would be much appreciated, thanks!
