Dell Command Update 3.1.3 64 bits

Hi,

On my computers i install Dell Command Update 3.1.2 64 bits (https://www.dell.com/support/article/fr-fr/sln311129/dell-command-met?lang=fr).

I noticed when the computers upgrade their drivers they download and install Dell Command Update 3.1.3 or 4.0.0.

But if i search where can i download Dell Command Update 3.1.3 or 4.0.0 64 bits, i don't find the correct link. I found only 32 bits version who installed on Program Files (x86) 

For Dell Command Update software, i don't understand why they are many webpage and not easy to find the correct.
Why not only 1 webpage with all versions x86/x64 ?
