Dell 5060 intel graphics driver issue in OSD - SCCM

I updated the the driver pack to version date release date (10/8/2019) - Optiplex 5060 Windows 10 driver pack.
The driver works and its look fine at device manager, but its not installing the inter graphics control panel.
at the previous version the this pack its work good.

on dell 5050 - no problem.

any help?
