Command and Configure T5820 forcepxeonnextboot

I have been using a WinPE environment to run CCTK to setup my BIOS, as well as to run Flash64 to update to the appropriate BIOS depending on the PC model, using a custom vbs script I wrote. 

The issue that I am encountering currently is with T5820's and the forcepxeonnextboot setting. Forcepxeonnextboot works fine on all other computer models i'm testing (XE2, T5810) but will not work on the T5820. 

Any ideas why this wouldn't work on this one model computer? I don't know off the top of my head what version of Command and Configure I am using but would this possibly make a difference? As I said above this setting is working for other model computers so I don't know if the version of Command and Configure would make a difference.
