Can't get DCU 3.1 to silent install

I've been able to install 2.4 the following way but when I try it with 3.1 it fails. Has anyone been able to do this?
Silent install. The install starts then errors out.

To perform silent installation of Dell Command | Update, run the following command in a command prompt with administrative privilege: Dell-Command-Update_xxxxx_WIN_y.y.y_A00.EXE /s

Perhaps that was for a single workstation as I just tried it on another and it seems to be working although I can't seem to get it to run and update the machine silently?

Not sure if this is what you are running into but I had to remove 2.4 from machines before I could install 3.1.  The readme says it will upgrade 2.4 but it does not work.

I run the following to remove 2.4 before the 3.1 install

msiexec.exe /X {EC542D5D-B608-4145-A8F7-749C02BE6D94} /Q /norestart

The CLI commands changed for for 3.1

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\CommandUpdate\dcu-cli.exe" /applyUpdates -outputlog="C:\update.log" -silent -reboot=enable

That would be the new format.
