POWERVAULT LTO5-140 error 6

The tape is into de drive and we can´t extract it. We have powered off and on.We have pressed and hold the eject button for 10 seconds but allway finish in error 6 state.

Do you have support in spanish?

We want know how we have to proceed for repair this product in Spain.
