poweredge t410 boots to recovery mode

Kind of frustrated here as this server has SBS 2011 which is no longer supported and the server is out of warranty so can't seem to get anyone to help.

It appears the server was hacked as the admin password would not work to login to the recovery mode. I used my passcape disc and found the password had been changed. I can now login to the recovery but the server does not find the VD on the raid system even though they are there and listed as optimal. I can even browse to them when I click on advanced to search for drivers. It looks like the OS drive is now F and the C drive is labeled recovery.
