PowerEdge R710 won't power up

Our PowerEdge R710 will not power on using the power button. Both (redundant) power supplies show green LED and motherboard appears to be getting power indicated by a green LED. Have removed power cable and reconnected. Problem started after forced shutdown by holding power putton when server hung.

i'm currently experiencing this problem, i have R720, and after a graceful shut down because of a power outage the system wont power on. There are green LED lights on the back and on the mother board however, when i press the power button nothing happens.
