PowerEdge R710 Boot failure

When I shut down my server or restart it, I get a message saying: press F1 to continue or press F2 to go to the setup.

I would like to know if I can remove this message and start in a normal way, without having to press anything to be able to remotely boot it.

Could you help me please?
