new drive not recognized by H710 Mini Embedded RAID hosted in an R720

Hi All, I replaced a dead drive in a H710 Mini Embedded RAID hosted in an R720, but after rebooting the server, the controller is not seeing the drive. How can I fix this? Thanks, Steve
