Alienware Aurora R4 Boot Failure

Hi! I need help with my system. A friend of mine gave me this computer as a gift, and before I took it my friend formatted the hard drive so I could use the computer as if it were as new. The problem is that now when I start on the system, my screen remains black, the lights on the computer are all on, there are no beeps, all seems perfect but the screen, which won't receive any signal from the computer. We have tried we multiple screens, changing the hard drive, the graphic cards, different cables and we are always finding the same issue.
