DxDmChk

Doing some testing to see if I can use the DxDmChk Utility to resolve a customer's issue. In my testing I am trying to use the /clean switch, however, it is not working. I noticed that when the DxDmChk begins, the first line I see is "Running in basic mode. Disabling all advanced features". Is anyone familiar with this or can tell me how to get the advanced features enabled?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Bill

Hi Bill,

You will need an advanced key code to enable the advanced options.  With the key you use the "K" switch for it to be recognized.

Example: /k=xxxxxxxx

Note: Sometimes you may need to put quotations around the switch and code.  Example: "/k=xxxxxxxx"

To obtain a code, please open a DX support case.  The description can be for testing.

Thanks,

should also note that I am testing with v6.5 on a Windows 2003 x32 server.

Thanks Jason. I did finally figure that out yesterday afternoon and was able to obtain a key for my testing.
