Xps 8700 wont power up
Hello, I have an xps8700 it's suddenly shutdown and won't power on anymore.
I looked at the green light at the back and no light but I have the yellow light on the moon
I tried press and hold the reset/test button next to the green led that's not on anyway and nothing
Does this mean my ps is kaput? And if it is what kind of ps goes in there?

So I unplug everything and test just the ps and it's good
Pc won't power up with GTX 960
I have this card over 2 years and no problem like this
I added a second screen a lilltre over a year works just fine till noe
Can anyone help me? Is this a gpu issue or ps issue??
