Wireless Mouse not working on Dell Inspirion 15r 5521

Hello,

I am using a "Dell Inspirion 15r 5521", yesterday i have purchased new wireless mouse by "Atech x7 v-track wireless gaming mouse" model no "R4". Mouse comes with a nano receiver. I have also installed the latest driver version "V11.09V02"  from a4tech website. When i have connected the nano receiver, i was able move the mouse cursor but when i have clicked the "left button" of the mouse it got stuck and does not respond. I have replaced the batteries, try the nano receiver on all 4 USB ports of my laptop and i have also tried the mouse on my desktop PC. But same result when i click the left button it got stuck. And i also want to mention that there is no settings in the "A4tech mouse software" for left click.

Thanks for your help and suggestions in advance.

Regards,

Adeel Afzal.

Hi Adeel,

This appears to be an issue with the mouse itself as it replicated the issue when connected to another system. You may try using another wireless or wired mouse with the laptop to test functionality. If they work fine, you consider replacing the mouse purchased.

Please reply if you have any questions.
