System Configuration
My system configuration is not coming up on the Dell support page? I click the button and all i get is (there is no configuration associated with this system). Both my 1545 inspiron laptop and my xps desktop. Tech support said that it is something on their end. Is anyone else having this problem?

Before I actually send the info request to you. I have a question...
When you click the link to view your system config and enter your Service Tag number, does the site respond and show your System Summary or do you get some error message?
If you see your System Summary, you have to click the V next to Components to get the site to populate the list. Otherwise, it's blank. :emotion-3:

Original Configuration is not working for anyone. This has been going on for days now. If you use Internet Explorer, the profiler will search your computer and show the Current Configuration.
