Need Super Silent Replacement Fans for Dell Optiplex 3010 Small Form Factor

I recently customized a Dell Optiplex 3010 Small Form Factor. The fans are okay but about 60dB and I'd like to find something quieter that's compatible with Dell since they have their own specifications for feedback, RPM, etc. Let me know if there's an option to install quiter fans that will be compatible for size and also avoid fan errors during boot. Fan Specifications are below:

Intake Fan - Sunon

DC 12V, 1.56W, 130mA

Dell P/N 99GRF-A00

EE80201S1-0000-G99

CPU Fan - Sunon

DC 12V, 6.84W, .57A

Dell P/N V50GH-A00

You must use the OEM fans -- anything else, and you'll be getting "fan failed - press F1 to continue" errors every time you start the system.

I am now in the process of ordering also the SFF 3050 from Dell. (7500 CPU, 8Gig Ram, 256 SSD , 1TB HD)

I chose this SFF as i understood this is the most silent machine of all.

From your post I understand this is not the case. can you please elaborate why you are changing the fans ? are those fans noisy ? I want the computer in  a bed room where I prefer not to hear fans or at least very low level noise. thanks for your inputs.

I understand. Is there a way to order NEW fans that might be quieter for this machine since the one I own was used and re-built?

It's not bad. About 57dB but I prefer as close to silent as possible.. It's also a used machine.
