Dell XPS 8500 RAM Speed?
I am planning on upgrading the RAM in my PC. I have heard that the XPS 8500 RAM speed is 800mhz. Would an upgrade to 1866mhz ram make a difference in gaming?

Hi Orangesmasher221,
Your XPS 8500 can use up to 4x8GB of RAM. You need PC3-12800 • CL=11 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC DDR3-1600 modules. DDR3-1866 modules will work but at the same speed as DDR3-1600 modules.
