Dell xps 13 2 in 1 inquiries

I have some enquiries regarding the xps 2 in 1

What i can see is the 2 in 1 main feature is the stylus ebabled screen

1) How much does it hold upto wacom cintiq? If consider cintiq is 100 points,how much will you point xps 2 in 1 in terms of accuracy,palm rejection and latency wise ( pressure level isnt my concern)

2) as its only a y series processor,it doesnt really hold up to my workflow,does dell provide any driver or software to use it as a cintiq alternative with my pc?

3) if i slam a tempered glass on the xps screen,will it affect performance of the stylus in any significant way?

4)have dell already fixed the number pad issue with the xps 2 in 1 units?
