Empty repository DRM 3.1.0.468
When I add a new repository. The new repository is empty. I did a new installation, but it isn't working at all. Please advice.

I created a repository yesterday with that version. I suggest reviewing the documentation, you can find it on the Dell EMC Repository Manager support page.

If you continue to have issues then I suggest posting details about what is happening so that someone could try to reproduce the issue. Your OS, options you are selecting, and what is being reported in the log/job would be a good place to start. Also, try running the application as an administrator if your OS has that type of user account control. It could be a permission issue with folder access.
