DRM 3.4.2 service won't start

Hi, the Windows service stays in stopped state and it's not possible to start it.

I think I 've been able to replicate the issue after installing DRM 3.4.2 on my personal laptop.

It gives error 1067 when I try to manually start the DRMService.

In the log, I am able to see some user mapping events...

Rolling back to a working version
DRMInstaller_3.3.0.627.exe

on Windows 11 22H2, corporate laptop, DRM service is running but couldn't start Repository Manager.

On Windows 10, home laptop, everything works fine.

DRMInstaller 3.4.2.818.

Previous versions wont work on Windows 11

Same here using Windows Server 2016.

Checking logs I see lot of these messages:

SEVERE: Terminating Service due to exception : Cannot create/access working folder C:\ProgramData\Dell\drm.

Still not fixed, DRMService 3.4.2.818 stops with error 1067.
Running in Windows 10, all updates applied.

Can you please install DRM 3.4.3 which was released some days ago.

You can select either installation with Local Service (restricted access) or Admin (system access privilege)... I suggest that you do the installation with the Admin option.

Fix: - Dell Repository Manager can be installed with Restricted access or System Access. (On Windows OS)

From Users Guide:

NOTE:
● The installation of DRM v3.4.3 or above is supported with default restricted access privileges in silent mode.
NOTE: The Restricted access defines that DRM service runs with LocalService account privileges.
● The restricted access is selected by default when installing DRM in GUI mode, or CLI mode. If needed, change the
access privilege to system access privilege.
NOTE: The System Access defines that DRM service runs with LocalSystem account privileges. However, the
service runs with system level access, the system file directories will not be accessed by DRM.
● If needed, change the access privilege from restricted to system access, or system to restricted access while upgrading
from DRM v3.4.3 to any of the above versions.

Please do confirm if you have any other concern.

Yes me too, also trying with version 3.4.3

At least the service starts now....

GUI wont open though. Suggestion: Stop using Java. 

We cant go back to using older versions because AFAIK older versions, dont have newer PowerEdge models correct?
