Open Manage Enterprise Warranty Report

I'd like to use OpenManage Enterprise to show all our blade servers by name and when their (last) warranty expires. An Excel file would be great.  How would I do this?

When I look at the devices showing name, IP, type, etc, I don't see warranty expiration.  When I go to the warranty page, I see name, model, etc and days left, but I have multiple lines per system (initial vs. extended) but I simply want one line per server with the date (or days remaining) of the last warranty.

Thanks in advance.

Hello rpseekell,

Unfortunately there is not a report just like that. A Service tag can have 1-3 warranties, and in some cases like Keep Your Harddrive or other add-ons could have upwards of 5 or 6 entitlements.    The report is going to pull all of those as separate line item since they are separate entitlements.  No report will aggregate them to one device per line item.  Maybe you can try export to Excel and manipulate the information to show what you want.

Hello rpseekell,

I see you are working with warranty information.

We have built-in reports for warranty information but you can also create your own reports.

The report can be exported for Excel.

To export all or selected warranty data pg.47.

Manage the device warranty pg.121,

Manage warranty settings pg.148

Creating reports pg.125

Thank you for your reply. This does not tell me anything new.  As I said, if I go to OME > Monitor > Warranty, then I get one line per warranty, but often our devices have multiple warranties.  I also tried a custom report with device and warranty, but it doesn't group by device or consolidate results.

What I want is one line per device and a true if it has a valid warranty or false if all warranties have expired.  Is it possible to do this in OME, or do I need a third party tool (eg. Excel or PowerBI)?
