Essentials 2.3 interface doesn't detect this alarm
Hard disk has been removed, the server has reported orange lights flashing, why my Essentials 2.3 interface can not detect this alarm, has been showing that the server is in normal state!

Hello @lu1981,
Yes, there must a be a sync error or something not working correctly.
May I ask what are the firmware versions of the iDRAC firmware for the affected server?
In addition, the current version you are using 2.3 is from 2017. Have you considered updating to the latest OpenManage Essentials or maybe OpenManage Enterprise?

Server Essentials 2.5 also tried, client iDRAC 6 and iDRAC 8 have tried, is alarm information synchronization, find and add communication is normal.

Does OM Essential working before? Also you mentioned that iDRAC 6 and 8 having issue too?
