Unable to log in via OIDC and Keycloak

Hi,

We are setting up our OME instance with OIDC and Keycloak.  When logging in we get the following error:

Unable to log in by using the Graphical User Interface (GUI) because of invalid OpenId Server configuration. Contact Administrator if the issue persists..

Any suggestions?

Hi,

This might be a vast area of troubleshooting. I'll provide a general info check if these are able to help, if it doesn't, I may suggest contacting OME support to have a remote session.

Ensure that your OME instance has network connectivity to the OpenID server. Check if there are any firewall rules or network restrictions that might be blocking the communication between the two. Verify that the OME instance is correctly configured to use Keycloak as the OIDC provider, attach ref: https://dell.to/4bOM2sP and https://dell.to/4bOM2sP. I'm not familiar with Keycloak, but does Keycloak logs show any traces of unable to provide authentication or OIDC request failed/was rejected?

If you have checked most of all the configuration and logs from Keycloak, but unable to resolve it, I may suggest enable debugging log on OME and contact OME support to look into detailed troubleshooting.
