OpenManage Enterprise Version 3.10.2 (Build 13) Missing Cert Upload Button for German UI

My browser defaults to german and so I get the OME displayed in german.

I was able to create a csr but never found an upload button.

I then switched my default language in the browser to english and suddenly there was the button and I was able to upload the cert.

It seems to me, that there could be a translation missing. Please make uploading of certs available also for german (and maybe other languages as well).
