OME Console Critical Error: The user name or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again (make sure your caps lock is off).

I'm getting this message when trying access to OMER Console (Domain\Username) always worked. LDAP connection tested succesfully and username and password also is correct (copy and paste), any idea what's happening and how fix it?
