Dell OpenManage migration from 3.10 to 4.1 stuck on "Plugin synchronization task started"

I initiated the migration process from version 3.10 to 4.1 yesterday. After successfully backing up the source and importing it to the destination OME server, it is now stuck with the message "Plugin synchronization task started." (See the screen snapshot below)
I attempted to reboot the server, but it consistently returns to the same point, and I'm unable to log in. Do you have any advice on how to resolve this?

Hello,

Please try these steps. Disabling the proxy might help to resolve the issue. Synchronized the time zone and NTP servers, which likely solved the problem. Disabled and removed DNS servers prior to the migration.
