Unable to make phone calls from Dell mobile connect (iphone 13 & DELL G5 5500)

Hello,

i can't do the phone calls (Iphone 13) from mobile connect app. There is a below warning displayed in the dialer. I don't have any other phones connected to the laptop. All other functionality of mobile app is working fine. Any ideas what can be wrong?
