Inspiron G3 3779, DMC can't make phone calls
The phone and computer connect ok, everything works but making DMC (Dell Mobile Connect) phone calls. I have all the drivers necessary, and at a loss as to what the problem could be. Any assistance would be appreciated

In a previous post I mentioned "Dell mobile connect" on my G3 3779 works with the exception it won't allow me to make phone calls.
To add to this I had the same problem with the Microsoft "Your Phone companion app" everything but making a phone call worked. A message popped up saying the problem could be a factory hardware Inst problem or an app on the computer that tries or tried to connect my phone.
Been through my apps but nothing stands out, if it's a hardware problem how would I find the problem
