DMC compatibility and multiple computers?

Hi folks,

Just upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 15.3.1.

I've had mixed results with DMC but ready to give it another try. 

At home I've got a newer XPS 13 and in the office it's an older  XPS desktop with upgraded components and Windows 11, Active Directory joined.

I've got installed Windows store version of DMC, Version:u:2.0.13207/c:4.1.8330.0

Now for the question I dind't find an answer to in this forum with a couple searches:

I'd like to be able to use both of these PC's with DMC on my new phone and somehow let me easily toggle between the two PC's, i.e., enable the work PC when I get to the office, enable the home PC when I get home.

When I open the app on my phone it is still showing my XPS13 and I do not see the option to add another PC.
