Area-51 R4, unable to install the mobile connect app

I received an email that stated my Area-51 R4 could make a call using my iPhone.  I went to the Microsoft store and got the Dell Mobile Connect and installed it.  I then downloaded the drivers but they failed to install.  The install log is included below the image.
