Alternatives to Dell Connect for windows 11 Desktop

What are some good alternatives to Dell Mobile Connect for Windows 11 Desktop (since Dell is apparently discontinuing it)?

Have a Samsung Galaxy A20 phone, Thank you for any suggestions.

"...install an app on your phone called Link to Windows(Opens in a new window) from the Google Play Store and sign into the app with the same Microsoft account you're signed into on your PC."

What if you have an Apple iPhone?

If Dell is not going to continue this impressive tool, it plans to release the code so that the community can continue to support it. I personally think a lot of the community would appreciate it.

I, too, am an iPhone user. I, too, feel a little betrayed and let down by Dell. I don't understand the thought process... why would they suddenly kill off this functionality? It just doesn't make sense.

I keep seeing all these "alternatives", but they're all for Android.

I'd love to find an alternative if anyone discovers one for the iPhone. I'd also love to know, why Dell??

I had a choice between Mac and XPS. Chose XPS for quality and PC compatibility / support at work plus the availability of DMC. DMC wasn't perfect but it provided enough functionality for my workflow. Oh, well. You lose in one way or another no matter what OS you choose, I guess. It's probably as much Apple's fault as Dell's.

I was thinking the same thing... talk about a real "1st-world problem."

I don't think it was Dell's choice to discontinue this software.
Dell was only licensing this software from Screenovate and Screenovate was purchased by Intel in December 2021 and Intel will be releasing Intel Unison, which I would guess is a new version of this software later this year on new Intel laptops.
I would guess that Intel waited until Dell's license to the software expired so that Intel would be the company with this PC to Phone connection software available on their PCs.
We will need to wait until Intel Unison is released to know for sure if it's exclusive to Intel PCs but if it is then the fault for this lies with Intel not Dell.

So, I found the App Intel developed as a replacement for Dell Mobile Connect.

It's called Intel Unison, and it's working so far on my iPhone and Windows 11.

I have a client that said they use "text request" and I am going to try that.
