PRODUCT CHANGE

The 2,5 months old dell vostro 15 3000 model device that I bought on 11.10.2021 is getting hot, the fan is running fast and noisy,
I also stated that the keyboard keys come off when you press it, and that the product is in the category of defective and defective product. I sent the recording of the sound, the fan sound and other requested documents.
I found out that these problems may be with the battery and the motherboard.
A service request was created by Hüseyin Mümün and a technician was sent to me and the fan and cooler were changed by the technician.
The keyboard was not changed. As soon as I started using the product, I realized that the above-mentioned problems continued.
Contacting Dell again and replacing the product with a new one unconditionally in case of any malfunction within 6 months, in accordance with the laws of dell nature.
I learned that I have the right. But my request was not accepted.
Now I am renewing my request and I want the product to be replaced with a new one. Regards for your information.
