Need to uninstall the Dell Data Protection | Access

I know you guys have been working very hard to uninstall Dell Data Security products. By any chance, do you have uninstaller for Dell Data Security | Access?

My Story:

When I update the Windows 10 on March, 2021. Windows update Dell Data Protection | Access for me. I have a booting issue ever since. Sometimes My computer will stuck at a Black screen without blinker after the Dell logo and not booting. Sometimes I see the blinker, and my computer can boot normally. I think this software might be cause of the issue.

1. So when I try to uninstall the Dell Data Protection | Access (Version: 2.2.00003.009), I get "This app cannot run on this device" error from Windows Program Compatibility Assistant.

"This app cannot run because it causes security or performance issues on Windows. A New Version Might be available. Check with your software provider that run on this version of Windows." But this software was installed on March, 2021. which is not that far.

 2. I also tried the Dell Data Security Uninstaller. Not working. I get a message: "No Dell Security products installed, Uninstaller will now exit".

Do you guys have any solution for this?
