Mounting .iso files

I have a system admin that is trying to mount .iso file from his desktop folder and is running into this error:

isoddpeblocked.JPG

I looked at the security settings on the Enterprise server and i don't see anything that would restrict .iso files from being mounted.

Hi @CRV_33!

Did some testing with this today and I believe the policy conflict is coming from the Port Control > Windows Port Control polices.  In that policy section under "Show Advanced Settings" there is a policy called "Subclass Storage: Optical Device Control".  If that is set to "Blocked" it will prevent the virtual Optical Drive Windows adds when you use the "Mount ISO" function of the OS.  I've tested having that policy set to Read-Only and UDF Only settings and both allow me to mount a Windows 10 installation ISO on my test machine.

Hopefully this helps you out!  If not let us know and we can dive into some logs to see what is up.
