Dell Security Manager at every reboot

Ok. All I have in my environment is Optiplexs, I've never had an issue until now. I only need to password protect my BIOS and thats it. My users have their own AD profiles they log into everyday. I run a script that forces each pc to reboot because they also tend to not sign out of their pcs when they walk away.

That being said, I opened up a 5090 I just ordered, provisioned and set an "Admin Password" to the BIOS but each time the pc reboots Dell Security Manager pops up prompting for a password. Just a normal bootup, not trying to get into BIOS. Worked on it a bit and searched around and saw that there's a regedit to get around it. I thought that was crazy so I called. Support said that if I want to password protect my BIOS that the users also need to use a password that I give out for Dell Security Manger, or change a registry setting on each new pc.

Is this right?
