1. From https://www.dell.com/support/home, click the option on the right side of the screen.

2. Select Browse All Products from this page.

3. Select Security.

4. Select Dell Data Security.

5. Select the product you are experiencing issues with.

6. Scroll down and select the Chat option.

7. Fill out the pre session form and then the Chat will begin.
