Dell Data Protection has left me helpless

I purchased a Dell Latitude 7 years ago and it came with a copy of of Dell Data Encryption which  I assume was personal.  I reduced the mSata drive partition, created a new partition (Data) and used the software to encrypt it for security.  Today the laptop motherboard went bang and I have recovered the msata drive but the OS and Data partitions are viewable when hosted on a USB device but the files are not readable as encrypted.

How do I recover my data - I have no copy of the original software which was a download or know how I can recover my data.
