DDP Uninstall/Update

So, i checked every troubleshooting guide since WSPROBE -Z gave me an error and also WSProbe -E -B "backup_file_path" "password" gave me error. So i was on Digital Delivery and clicked on "Install again this program" and i got this when i clicked on it 

I checked and no one  of these program is in my control panel

Can someone of the support help me? I need to update Win 10 ASAP and i would like to not have to install again windows.

Out of curiosity, have you attempted to upgrade to the latest client (10.3.0)? That currently supports Windows 10 1903. For a list of our compatibility on Windows 10, reference Windows 10 Feature Update Compatibility.

If you wish to remove the software (not upgrade), you have 2 options

1) On your current version (8.12), extract the child installers from the installation package. For more information, reference How to Extract Child Installers from Dell Data Security Master Installer. 

2) We have a master uninstaller which is located in the installation package. However you should use 7 zip (or similar program) to get to it. The name is DataSecurityUninstaller. For steps to run it, reference How to Run the Dell Data Security Uninstaller

If you encryption is active, make sure to decrypt before uninstall or install using the decryption agent. This ensures you have access to your data after the removal of the software. You will be unable to upgrade until decryption agent decrypts the data.

Yes i already tried to update but keep failing saying "Wizard was stopped before DDP Encryption was installed"

Also, i do not have the DataSecurityUninstaller.exe anywhere, i have extracted from the installation package of the 10.3 and not the 8.12, what i have to do now?

 The DataSecurityUninstaller was introduced in 8.18 installation package, so you wouldn't find it in 8.12. Since you have the DataSecurityUninstaller (from the 10.3 package), you can run it by referencing  How to Run the Dell Data Security Uninstaller.

So i was able to update Encription to 10.3 and it works fine, but i cannot update to Windows 10 due to a prenistall.cmd script error, this happens with Windows Update, MediaCreation Tool and the ISO downloaded by MediaCreation Tool. Should i ask here for this problem or i need to go to Microsoft's forums?

I'm happy to discuss it in the forums, but due to your expressed urgency to get resolved I would highly suggest reaching out to our ProSupport at: Dell Data Security International Support Numbers. 

There seems to be potentially some exclusions we may need to put in place to get this to work. However that is only from previously experience working with the MediaCreationTool process. More information on those exclusions can be found at Dell Encryption Best Practices: Windows 10 Migration.
