Can't upgrade Management Server Virtual from 9.10.0 to 10.2
As the documentation says, there is no way to go from 9.10.0 to 10.2, it should be 9.10.1, but the only way to get it updated to 9.10.1 is online, the system checks it in act.credant.com, and fails in my case. Is there a way to download this update manually?
Actual version Dell Security Management Server Virtual v9.10.0 Build 7 on HyperV

I hope your week is going well!
I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with the Dell Security Management Server Virtual's update process.
We have seen issues with the update, where the SSL certificate is not accepted due to an older root certificate in the Virtual Edition server prior to 9.11. More information on that here: https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln315254
We do have an option to manually update the server from 9.10.0 to 9.10.1 using a debian file to manually update. Currently this method is suggested to have assistance from Dell Data Security's ProSupport team. Do you happen to have an open ticket? If so, could you Private Message me those details? I can work with the team to assist with the upgrade :)
