Cant login after windows update

Tried logging in after windows update. I did not set up a Pin for my device. Tried Sign in options to login using password. Prompt says password incorrect. tried resetting the password on microsoft.com . Tried logging in still says incorrect password. Tried restarting to boot on safe mode. Bitlocker key needed but I do not have the key. I didnt even set it up but it is there. checked on BIOS TPM 2.0 is enabled. Secure boot is enabled. tried disabling. Not going to sign in page goes directly to bitlocker. re enabled it goes to sign in but cant login using password. Tried recover bitlocker key on microsoft account but it has no keys available. it says it is not even setted up.

Already contacted Microsoft. Asked me to reach out to Dell for support as the OS is pre-installed in the laptop.

Where can I recover my bitlocker key to fix this?
