Adding more keyboard layouts to Dell SED hardware encryption pre boot auth
We are looking to install hardware encryption on all new notebooks in our company. The installation and encryption went flawless but the only problem is we need to change the keyboard layout. The provided layouts are insufficient and we need the belgian (period) layout wich is not included. Is there any method to update/upgrade this into the software?

Hi Tim!
Normally we would take enhancements such as these through our normal phone queues, but if you are able to provide a list of the keyboard layouts / languages that you are looking to see, i can take this information back to our developers and work on getting these added over the next few releases. We cannot guarantee that they will be added, but we can definitely work to making them so :)

We have an active development ticket for Belgian keyboards under DDPC-7631 to map with this layout:
We will have some functionality in upcoming releases.
If you do not have an active ticket with support, i would highly suggest opening one, or feel free to DM me your Software Service Tag or Order information for Dell Encryption, and i can get a ticket created to help track this and keep you informed.

We are planning to install the software on all our new laptops with SED-drives. This addition would be very important for our company.
The keyboard layout we need is Belgian (period). It's azerty.
The only azerty-supported layout now is french, but all the symbol-keys are different.
