DD Management Center - import hung

Hello,

On DD management center v7.12 and tried to add a DD6900 yesterday. The first part of registration went well however it is now hung in the import progress phase. I don't see anything being denied in the firewall and I am unable to delete the device and retry. It has been in this state for more than 12 hours now. The state is:

"hostname". Last contact was 14:42 on 09/21/2023. Only data retrieved up to this point in time can be displayed.
